Risk Warning & High-Risk Investment Disclosure

Trading in securities markets, particularly in derivative instruments like options and futures, involves a substantial risk of loss. Most retail traders lose money. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeSim (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service: Analytical Only

TradeSim provides software tools for strategy backtesting, historical data analysis, and educational research. The Platform does not provide investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

  • We are NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
  • We do NOT provide "tips", "calls", or any buy/sell recommendations.
  • Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions or trades you make. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before executing any trades in live markets.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

The Platform is provided for your personal or internal business use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Platform's source code.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization.
  • Resell the analytical data or backtesting results to third parties.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content on TradeSim are the exclusive property of TradeSim and its licensors. You retain ownership of the strategies you create, but grant us a limited license to process them to provide the services you request.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Terms: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your settings.
  • Refund Eligibility: We offer a 24-hour "cooling-off" period. You are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no backtest credits have been consumed.
  • No Refunds: Once credits have been consumed or the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSim shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any analytical data provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any reason that we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Grievance Redressal

In compliance with applicable laws, TradeSim will appoint a designated Grievance Officer. In the interim, all grievances should be directed to our support team at support@tradesim.in.
